If you're like the typical student your name and address is floating around at every imaginable company that wants to reach you. After all they think you're a "hot target"; they figure that you already spend more than you save and are just anxiously waiting for the next opportunity to pull out your credit card or part with your cash. I know you're smarter than that and just plain fed-up with getting "special offers" and "personal invitations" for products and services that you didn't ask for and don't want.
